Muthoni Nduhiu

Muthoni is the Founder and CEO of Mastermind Africa Alliance.  Passionate about the power of business to alleviate poverty, she leads the efforts to attract more participation of businesses operating on the African continent to contribute to sustainable development, through their people, their stakeholders and their work.  Her career has included roles in business development, cause marketing, HR, communications, and corporate social responsibility.

A lawyer by profession, she is also involved in offering legal advisory and technical expertise to individuals, corporations and institutions interested in doing business on the African continent, with her focus being on Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. Services offered include incorporation and business set up, regulatory and compliance advice, due diligence services, business to business linkages, Intellectual Property Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. Muthoni has gained her expertise from working in a top tier, award winning law firm in Kenya.

She is a Fellow of the Vital Voices Global Partnership VV Lead Program, which supports women leaders who provide unusual and sustainable solutions to problems that impede the progress of women and a recipient of the 2015 Washington Mandela Fellowship, a flagship program for President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative.
